Today’s Catholic Reflection
In Daniel's vision, thrones are set up. The Ancient One, dressed in radiant clothing and seated on a fiery throne, is surrounded by a great assembly. The court is in session, and books are opened. Daniel sees a figure like a son of man coming on the clouds. This figure is presented to the Ancient One and is given everlasting dominion over all nations.
In Revelation, a battle unfolds in heaven. Michael and his angels fight against the dragon, who is the Devil. The dragon and his angels are defeated and cast down to earth. A voice in heaven announces the arrival of salvation and the Kingdom of God. The faithful are called to rejoice, celebrating their victory through the Blood of the Lamb and their unwavering testimony.
