Today’s Catholic Reflection
In Romans, the author speaks of God's gifts and call. God shows mercy to everyone, no matter their past. This passage reflects on the depth of God's wisdom. His judgments and gifts are beyond our full understanding. Everything we have comes from God and is meant for His glory.
In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus shares lessons on humility and generosity during a meal at a Pharisee's house. He encourages the host to invite those who cannot repay, like the poor and disabled. This selfless act will be rewarded in the resurrection. It highlights the importance of kindness and compassion for those in need.
