Today’s Catholic Reflection

In Isaiah 60:1-6, the prophet speaks of Jerusalem's glory. The city will shine with the Lord's light. Nations and kings will be drawn to its radiance. Families will return, bringing wealth from afar. Camels from Midian, Ephah, and Sheba will carry gold and frankincense.

In Ephesians 3:2-3a, 5-6, Paul shares his role in spreading God's grace. He reveals a mystery. This was not known before. The Gospel of Matthew 2:1-12 tells of Jesus' birth in Bethlehem during King Herod's reign. The magi seek the newborn king, following the star. They find Jesus with Mary, offer gifts, and return home by another way after being warned in a dream.
