Today’s Catholic Reflection

Moses goes up Mount Sinai early in the morning, following God's command. The Lord reveals Himself to Moses, sharing His name and qualities. He describes Himself as merciful, gracious, and slow to anger. Moses responds with worship, asking for God's presence among the people. He acknowledges their stubbornness and seeks forgiveness for their sins.

The Psalm sings praise to God, lifting His holy name and celebrating His glory. In the New Testament, Paul encourages the community to rejoice and live in peace. He assures them that the God of love will be with them. The Gospel shows God's great love for the world, as He sent His Son for salvation. Belief in Him leads to eternal life, while disbelief brings condemnation.
